Practiced at 104°F, the class follows the same principles as our signature Sumits 80 — a blend of static postures, vinyasa flow, breathwork, and music — but with a tighter pace that keeps you moving and sweating from start to finish. The shortened duration doesn’t sacrifice depth; instructors select the most impactful postures for each session, ensuring you still get a thorough full-body practice. Sumits 60 is especially popular with early-morning and lunchtime practitioners who want maximum benefit in minimum time. All experience levels are welcome.
