You'll flow through sun salutations while integrating pushups, squats, lunges, and curls. What Is Sculpt?
Sculpt is where the yoga studio meets the weight room. This 60-minute heated class combines power yoga sequences with strength-training exercises using free weights. You’ll flow through sun salutations and standing postures while integrating pushups, squats, lunges, bicep curls, and shoulder presses to build lean muscle and spike your heart rate. The heat intensifies the cardiovascular challenge, promotes sweating and detoxification, and keeps muscles warm for safer, deeper stretching between strength intervals. Instructors cue modifications so you can scale the intensity up or down, but expect a vigorous workout. Bring your own light dumbbells (3–8 lbs recommended).
